I rant about a number of customers who have come into the store with 10-15+ year old shoes expecting free money or a new pair for NOTHING.  What drives you to be that person?  Buy a new pair. 

I talk about a drawing class I had in college and how it pushed me to think outside the box and how it helped me develop my own style and iconography.  The question of "what is iconography?" when it comes to artists is answered.
