When I used to think about 'healing' from the past, I thought of a singular process that would lead me from feeling wounded and un-whole to walking in a totally new reality of joy, peace and abundance. What I found was that healing actually has many phases... some of which have to happen before the healing itself can even begin! And even after we go through the actual 'healing' part of the process... we still have to re-calibrate ourselves to hold an expanded reality.
