We believe you do not have to spend the rest of your life as either a victim or a survivor. Instead, we believe, you can choose to define yourself and your life on your terms. And that is what Different Functional is all about. Sifting through the pain, debris, and memories to create your own personal definition of functioning. And to find the strength to grow toward your own light. We are not mental health professionals. We are not licensed therapists, doctors, or counselors. We are simply two sisters who lived through a traumatic childhood and worked our butts off to create meaning and growth from what we experienced.
