Soooooo date nights are not always just the glitz and glamor that’s often posted online. Sometimes they create space for necessary conversations, for stagnant energy to gain traction and be investigated.

If one there’s has been a singular constant in my present…it’s been the reimagining of healthy communication, with a specific focus on listening! Listening has helped me see my partners strengths, has helped me release some people and ideas, and has reshaped how I show up in my connection. Per usual, I am evolving…come learn how and gain a tool or two that has been beneficial for me and could likely be implemented in your tool kit.

It’s been a second…whew! I’m glad to be back! I need to share where I’ve been, call out QUEER MEN who think it’s ok to fight women…and of course pour into the collective! Come see about me and get a reminder or two…on being sure you’re seeing about you.

Deepening self discovery, I’ve finally made it to focusing on pleasure…have you? I have hit an interesting awkward place in my adult years…which I thought I’d never have to see again after high school. You may have guessed it…navigating friendships…mainly making new ones! It’s an interesting task building friendships in your 30’s and I have discovered that I’m not anti THERAPY as a means to keep established friendships healthy and growing! Shocking?
