Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that is meant to connect all of the layers of our kosha system, &nbsp;allowing our bodies to connect to our inner wisdom. &nbsp;
Sarah leads us through connecting to breath, into our bodies and then into the guided meditation in which we plant starseeds.&nbsp;
