Raw, emotional, and flat out phenomenal. Lecrae is easily the most underrated rapper out there and it’s awesome that he goes into the deep end on his faith with others. Wild testimonies, influential words, this podcast should feed every Christians soul

I’ve been a Lecrae fan since Real Talk so I’m not trying to be critical here. But there are so many ads on this pod and Lecrae reads the ads, and there’s no audio bumper put in on post production. So it gets super disorienting to the point of being unpleasant to listen to. Would love to see higher production quality on the audio stream in this regard.

Shoutout Lecrae…love that he had added podcasting/youtubing to his arsenal of expression!

I am really appreciative of the work you do- your music and this podcast are inspiring. I appreciate the talks on culture and Christianity. This last episode on the spiritual war was so amazing and needed! However the adds ruined the episode for me.... I fully support you making your living on this and know adds are necessary but I feel like it was edited and timed in a way that really diminished what you were sharing. It's very distracting to have a random add with very little transition in the middle of such a deep convo. Again I'm all for that adds to support you but please time them better, group them at the end and beginning, or one add break in the middle with multiple adds. Maybe add some transitional music or a sound cue? Sometimes I skip through them but then loose track of where the content actually starts and the add ends- since it's all your same voice and tone. I hope this helps, again not negative but just some suggestions to make your message of Gods truth hit a little harder and get a little further. Keep it up!

Lecrae, I seriously love this podcast. I love your perspective and how you pull out the nuance of every conversation you have. I'm really struggling to stay engaged when there's an add what feels like every 5 minutes. I get the need for ads, but could we space them out a bit more? It feels like as soon as I get reengaged it cuts to another one.

I really enjoy listening to this podcast, but the ads! It seems like the ads are randomly placed in the middle of a thought and then they are about 10 minutes worth of ads for a 50 minute conversation. In the episode I just listened to, the first ad was at the 5 minute mark. The first 2 minutes were an intro, a welcome to the guest and BAM, an ad!

I love the show. You are a gifted interviewer. Why so many adds? Same adds repite 2-3 times per episode. Please fix this.

The deep end be deep and I am so grateful for being on this journey. To ask hard questions, to learn how people think and navigate their walk has been so encouraging. Lecrae is a great conversationalist and interviewer. I have been encouraged so many times from this podcast. He also has way of shining light on the cost of being a celebrity, per se, those who have great influence and reminding us that they have real struggles that’s often overlooked and misunderstood.

Love this podcast. It gives nice insight to Christian culture and shares people’s stories beyond those dominant evangelical narratives. I don’t follow McManus but for one, he was all over the place and also, I was shocked to hear someone celebrate Elon Musk and remain unchecked. A guest like that needs more clarity and pushback, in my opinion.

These interviews will serve to encourage and challenge your faith. They are definitely worth listening to. One of the best episodes of the podcast is when Lecrae talks about his deconstruction period. Jesus has truly created beauty out of ashes. Wonderful to see.

First I want to say I thank you for the pod, allowing God to use you as a vessel. However, As a Christ believer I must say listening to some of your episodes has me questioning your stance. Because if just if you were a believer why even entertain some of the foolishness that you do ? Episode 40 just did it for me. As a follower why even allow someone to sit in your presence and not acknowledge. Call it out ? Not playfully but with the support of Holy Spirit behind you. This is why some people don’t take Christian’s serious because we try to tread lightly.

it’s not easy being a GOOD podcast host. I love how he lets his guests shine and how he learns in every interview instead of tryna sound like the expert. If anyone could flex, he could, but I have yet to hear it. It deepens my faith, broadens my perspective, and makes me more Grace-filled every single time I listen. I’m grateful for this content and for his relatability.

Thank you, Lecrae for being vulnerable and addressing subjects that may be taboo in Christian society. This podcast has convicted me to look at the log in my eye before pointing out the speck in another. It also has given me more love for all people and a desire to be used by God to spread the gospel.

ok, love me some lecrae, but there have been some episodes that seriously do not line up with scripture. for instance, you cannot be gay and a christian. there have been a few episodes with people who claim to be gay and christian, but those entirely contradict each other. you can’t serve two masters. you have to choose Jesus or Satan. the bible talks about how man was made for woman and woman for man. it’s adam and eve, not adam and steve. i say this out of love for readers, no matter your background, as this is the truth. i wish lecrae could shed light on this biblical truth! but unfortunately he’s only supported the lie.

This has been so good! If you ever want someone on the podcast to talk through infidelity(on the wife’s side) and gods redemptive power, my husband and I would love to talk about God and his GOODNESS and get in the DEEP END!
