This show is one of my happy places. I love every episode. Listening to this podcast feels like I’m on a DCL ship with family.

This is a great show for info on DCL. Really helped us prepare for our cruise. Chris is a great host, and the contributors - like Jimmy and Frederico - are great too!

Love this podcast. It’s very informative and was integral to me planning my families initial Disney Cruise with our toddler. I booked the trip through them as well, and my travel agent was really responsive and helpful !!! They could maybe do a few more episodes on helping families know where to cut corners to save money as the cruises aren’t cheap…but that’s just a nit pick.

Fix the sound so I can listen. Some people are too loud others too quiet. I don’t want to play with my volume the whole time. Still a problem. How do you not hear this. Elaine is just screeching into my ears.

I really like the content and the fact that, while you make your comments personal from your own experience, you get down to business quickly. Thank you all for sharing your expertise!

Very entertaining & informative. I have sailed on many Disney cruises but I learn something from every show. Listening makes me excited for the next cruise.

It seems like these people only have a podcast to promote their travel agency, but I would not want to focus through any of these people.

Wish that Pete was still around flaunting his multiple concierge level cruises and “pieces” of jewelry. Current crew doesn’t seem to have as much passion for DCL, especially Craig with his monotone delivery. Quite a bit of disinformation given, which is alarming given that these are supposed to be travel agents asking people to trust them to arrange a quality vacation.

Craig can complain everything and blame everyone for his problems.

AVOID!!! One of the owners (Pete) has drugged and molested multiple members of his staff. The other “Co-Owners” have ignored his behavior for years! Put them out of business as they hide abuse!

I give up on trying to listen to this show. There are better ones out there. The show has some experienced cruisers but it’s more about them randomly discussing whatever topic. Conversation bounces back and forth, talking about their experiences that are only a little helpful and poorly presented. It’s like I am at a bar discussing the random idea of the day….bleh. Also….not saying who but he smacks when he talks and it’s distracting as can be. Try Vaseline on the teeth please.

The food is fine. Geeze.

Awful. The hosts are condescending and make it known they don’t like kids. They constantly plug their travel agency. Worthless.

I love this podcast. Every episode and opinion is relevant to what I want to hear. I am a silver member and we have another cruise booked and I am well informed and entertained at the same time. I love listening to this while I work and I think that you should keep doing what you are doing.

The information in the episodes are pretty good, but after listening to several episodes, I couldn’t keep going with (I believe) Pete’s attitude. He’s so condescending and rude to others on the show (episode 1 when he refuses to let the other speaker call the shows onboard Broadway caliber? I was shocked). It’s a shame because the other hosts are very good, but I can find the same information on blogs and other podcasts, and that’s what I’ll do because of their male host’s attitude.

Leave Craig out of it. I get so worn down with his jaded, wet blanket routine

There are far better podcast out there. Avoid this one at all cost. Host are rude and condescending.

I keep trying to listen to this podcast hoping to get good info for my Disney cruise, but after the tipping episode I think I have finally given up. The hosts talk about how they are great tippers but don’t actually have advice on how much to tip! The main host in particular seems out of touch with life outside of concierge. Might be better off rebranding this show as a Concierge Cruise Podcast to get your target members!

Only listened to the episode on tipping, but they spent most of their time talking about concierge and private cabana tipping, as well as how to tip early to get priority service over other cruisers. Not really my kind of advice, but if you’re coming from a privileged financial place it might be your speed. I was looking for how much to tip these hard working DCL employees fairly, not how to tip them to get them to do more for you. Much rather listen to the DCL Podcast for advice for the average Disney cruiser.
