This episode is a casual chat/conversation with me about fall. I love fall and even though I don't drink coffee...sometimes fall pushes me to get those fall lattes that come out. I talk about where I'm from, moving to Austin, TX and what that was like. How much I love fall and the seasons. I also share about how I plan to combat any seasonal depression that might come on as it gets dark early. I'm also loving getting to bed earlier as best I can.  I also speak on how women's bodies are so connected and similar to the seasons, nature and flowing with that.
