I honestly listened to this episode because I wanted to support and her journey, and I'm definitely supportive of her journey. That said, I don't believe elevating one woman should come at the expense of another woman. During the intro, Dana stated that Joy traveled across country with an "assistant." Well, I'm the person who traveled with Joy,and I am no one's assistant. As a woman of color, who has worked hard for my accomplishments, I was insulted by the description, but more insulted that there was no correction. I'm happy to be here for Joy, but I won't be listening after this episode. Some advice, at least bother to do some research on the content you're putting out.
