Developing a great culture has everything to do with what we model. If I’m going to say I value something but I don’t model it then it’s a conflict of what God has equipped and called me to do. Mike had mentioned earlier to me in our call that at Northstar their overarching values are that people matter to God, that they don’t exist for themselves, and they are their to serve their community. Mike and his team model that by opening up their facilities each day regardless if something comes up and they might need them. That challenges me to evaluate the things God is calling me to manage.
