Last month was Men's Mental Health Awareness Month as men's mental health is seen as something that is not taken as serious as it should be. Just a couple facts about men's mental health: - men are 3.5x more likely to die by suicide than women - over 6 million men per year suffer from depression The point of this episode regardless if you are a male or female is to feel comfortable enough to talk to someone if you aren't feeling like yourself.
