Today’s guest is Alison Burckhardt. Throughout her 37 year career at Nordstrom, she held leadership roles in Buying and Merchandising, Store Management, Marketing and Product Development. She had the opportunity to travel the world, interpreting trends from runway to street, sourcing fabrics and factories, and building clothing brands and marketing strategies.
Alison loves interior design as it allows her to use so many of her learned skills from retail. her corporate roles allowed her the opportunity to manage large projects, and above all be customer obsessed.”
At Ripple Interiors She likes to work with home owners that are starting over, transitioning their homes as they become empty nesters. Too busy to shop, or take meetings to review story boards, pick furniture, lighting, pillows and paint color. Her clients don’t have the time and often don’t have the desire to work through the interior design process, they just want it done, completed quickly and look amazing.
