This episode is for every woman going through burnout no matter what stage you are at. And I don’t want to hear that you don’t like to write or that you’re not good at journaling. I want you to give it a try so that you can get some of the stress that has been sitting in your body out because that stress is related to your thoughts and your emotions and the things that you don’t always want to process.
