Short end of the week episode as I welcome this Christmas with a heavy heart and a note on setting intentions for your sanity and overall health.

It's not faking it til you make it but rather showing up like you already have. Drop the inauthentic aspects of faking it and instead create and share from that space that doesn't attach expectations.

Showing up is hard. The only way to truly do itbis to make it a non negotiable and embrace the messy middle. This isn't supposed to be easy!
