I found this podcast while studying Carl Jung/Individuation. At this point, a few years later, I’ve listened to many of their episodes several times. If you are serious about personal development, getting to know yourself in order to positively evolve and impact the world and your life, I can’t recommend them enough. They put an incredible amount of effort into each episode, bringing what appears to be decades of research along with deep personal reflection on and integration of each topic. They have helped me tremendously on my journey.

Supported Trump and was full on Qanon and then? Never acknowledges their messy political foray and endorsement and support of divisive and immature behavior.

I have listened to quite a few episodes, and I think they present valuable information. However, Laura presents sensitive info (i.e. the father and mother wound episodes among others) as if she’s giving a lecture. Her delivery isn’t heartfelt, and listeners can sense this. She also tends to speak so rapidly that she loses her breath, and seems to have constant sinus issues which is annoying to listen to, especially with headphones. Furthermore, she doesn’t know how to pronounce the word women (wi-muhn) correctly, which makes one reconsider the intelligence level of these content providers.

I actually have enjoyed listening to the podcast and had subscribed to their website to hear. But while they preach a lot of concepts that I practice in my life - especially about being careful of ego and being too attached to certain perceptions - they really mean everyone else, not them. It becomes evident over and over. Including that they could support ideologies that blatantly will eventually harm people. Disappointed, but c’est la vie.

Something so interesting about this podcast is that almost every episode is in alignment with what I’ve been reflecting on during the time it comes out. Very specifically. I choose not to participate in social media, therefore I am not fully in touch with trends. So, I can only think that we are in a deeper cosmic alignment and reflecting on the same things at the same time.

I began listening to the Cosmic Matrix podcast in 2019 and it has been such an incredible source of sense-making during these times, wisdom on the spiritual path and shadow work and peace knowing there are like-minded & aware souls out there committed to being agents of positive change in the world. The theme song reminds me of the Goosebumps theme song always which brings me back to childhood. Laura and Bernhard are thoughtful, intellectual and genuine in their conversations on this podcast. They seek to genuinely help people not just think through but also feel through their spiritual growth. Some of what they say might trigger you but that’s all part of growing spiritually and going through your own individuation process. I love this podcast and honestly everything these two put out there.

In the episode on core beliefs, 11’36” in, I counted 5 times where Laura cut off and interrupted Bernhardt when he was in the middle of a thought that was relevant and interesting. It’s the ME show for her, she just wants to talk about HER experiences and I didn’t find her insights profound or deeper than a superficial reflection of personal experience. Bummed - the topics they appear to cover are of great interest to me.

How did Laura get so “tuned in” at such a tender age. I find this show VERY insightful and I learn a lot. So happy to hear sane people. Why is this so rate lately?

I cannot even begin to describe how much Laura & Bernhard have helped me. Bernhard is so grounded and his life’s work of truth seeking and his views on the most important issues of our day have been an enormous light in the dark for me. This podcast is one of the best ways to get to know their hearts and what they’re all about. Don’t be turned off if they seem to speak a foreign language at first, we all use different narratives and terminology to describe alot of the sane things. Be open. They are not going to try to do your thinking for you or steer it in any direction except for you to think for yourself. So much love for them, and anyone who reads this too. I’ve been listening to this podcast for a few months now and highly recommend it. First of all it’s fascinating with a mix of astrology, psychology, spiritual traditions, and current events. Very intelligent high level conversation. Plus the perspective is one of looking at many sides of an issue, not just one take of the left or right, or other duality. I think they try and generally succeed in getting beyond the duality. I’d say give it a try.
