Eric Robert (pronounced Ro-Bear) is a keyboard player who currently resides in Nashville, TN. From the first moments when he began playing the piano at the age of 13, Eric always told himself that music would always remain a hobby. Soon after college, Eric became an English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor, and enjoyed the profession for many years. Yet, despite his best efforts to keep his hobby at bay, Eric could never shake the nagging feeling that music was meant to "play" a greater role in his life. Finally, Eric dove in. From playing music festivals with Trevor Hall in Australia to his upcoming performance with Christone "Kingfish" Ingram at Bonnaroo, Eric has shed his initial doubts and plunged into the world of music.
