There are thousands and thousands of research papers out there. Some are never cited and some are never even read. As an academic and knowledge worker its important for me to share this unfound knowledge where I can.

This is why I have created this new show, today’s paper, with the image of a classic academic’s desk and cheeky cherry on top to indicate that i am cherry picking papers relevant to my topic area and to what i think is important to share.

My name is Dr Nathan Cook and I am a lecturer and researcher at The University of Queensland School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences.

Today's Paper assessed and quantified the proportion of ultra-processed foods utilised in a sample of Australian hospitals using cook fresh foodservice systems, to determine types of ultra-processed foods available in each of the menu categories.
