Today we speak with special guest Gilbert Ndizey discusses how he has transformed coffee production from problematic to positive -  using organic coffee production as a way to save the environment, the animals, and children. Gilbert estimates one poacher can kill 100 animals a day in the wild in Uganda, so by hiring ex-poachers he not only saves the animals, but provides a way for the poachers to make a living, and the profits go to the peace and prosperity orphanage, where he helps over 200 children orphaned when their poacher parents were killed.
