If the last couple of years has taught us anything, it's that we need to be adaptable and willing to change our work situations at the drop of a hat. So many people are chasing a better work/life balance and for some, that means owning your own business.
Working for yourself sounds amazing, but so overwhelming; where do you even start?
Tammi is the owner and designer of The Milk Boutique, a maternity/breastfeeding active wear company. She created her brand and business while pregnant, working her 9-5 and raising her 2yr old. You may know her as the raw and hilarious influencer Tammi TMB, but there is so much more to her. She's driven, intelligent and today she tells us her story on how she started TMB and what made her, and her fiancé Jason pack up and move across Australia leaving everything they knew for the sunny coast life.

Colours and clothes are for everyone. Scott Stuart is a best selling Children's book author, but he is firstly Dad to 8yr old Colin. An 8yr old who loves Queen Elsa, to paint his nails and to twirl in a dress. He reminds me a lot of my son who, for as long as I can remember, loves things that society yells are not for boys; pink, princess costumes, flamingos, things society tells us boys aren't allowed to enjoy.
Scott is paving the way for change. He is a leading voice on fully accepting and empowering our children, exactly as they are.
This episode talks on redefining masculinity, discussing what it means to be a man and crushing gender stereotypes.
His book 'My Shadow is Pink' created the most touching moment for me this week, and I shared this with Scott today.
I learnt so much, and I know you will all take something from this ep.

Content warning: this episode discusses child sexual abuse.
Chanel Contos is educated, articulate and determined, and I am so inspired and proud her courage and success in creating a national movement, "Teach Us Consent" at only 23 years old. Chanel was sexually assaulted at 13 years old. She didn't realise what her perpetrator did constituted a sexual assault until later in life.
Chanel is demanding change from the Australian Government. Demanding they improve sexual education to cover toxic masculinity, enthusiastic consent, rape culture, slut shaming and queer sex education.
We discuss school yard culture, how girls are sexualised at a young age, and how, as parents, we need to raise our boys and girls moving forward.
Watch the governments consent videos here.

This episode is a solo episode on our families childhood anxiety journey with Finn.
At 3yrs old, we just thought he was really hard work. I had no idea that he was struggling with anxiety, had no idea that's why he had outbursts, horrible separations from me and would cry in anticipation of activities such as swimming lessons. But when you know, you know. And I hope that sharing our experience and the tools we implemented will help other families support their little ones with anxiety, separation anxiety (daycare/ school drop offs) or big emotions.

We live in a world that is constantly telling women, we can have it all. The career, the kids, the house, the relationship; but a lot of us are left wondering- how?
I know I often feel like I'm doing all of the things, but none of them well. When one aspect of my life is succeeding, I've dropped the ball in other areas. When my career is blooming, I'm not as present with my kids; when I'm really in tune with my kids, I'm touched out and distant with my husband.
How can we have it all? And what are the tolls on women to have and to do it all?
Low libido, irregular menstrual cycles, headaches, fatigue, turning into a rage mum- are these things we can fix by having conversations about the tolls on modern mothers?
Meet Katie, we've been friends since we were little, and we are so aligned in our passion to help women finding the calm in the chaos and the joy in the everyday. Katie is a nutritionist, naturopath and a womens mentor, helping women to uncover their optimum health and emotional freedom.
Today we break down and offer advice and tips around:
•Rage mum moments - how to cope with the overwhelm, and why you need to show yourself compassion.
•Disconnected relationships - how to reclaim the joy and pleasure in your relationship.
•Lost identities - feeling like a shell of the woman you once were? You aren't alone.
