Today in my journal/to-do list I wrote down "Record First (Personal Podcast)". As we know well, the first step to any great success is starting, and as Dr. Andrew Huberman will tell us, making those small physical movements towards out goals (no matter how small, if it is tangible and in the right direction, the direction of out goal, it is enough).
