This podcast has been created to communicate information to members, The aim is to provide insight into the personal side of staff and management of the club, with the vision to make the gym a more friendly environment and a positive experience for everyone to better themselves both physically and mentally.

Regular podcasts will be released with information about what is happening in the gym. Class times, instructor changes, maintenance and closures etc.

The goal is to chat one-on-one with the PT&#39;s and management individually, dive into their businesses, hear their ideas about everything industry related and hopefully get some insight to how they set themselves apart from other trainers. But I also want everyone to see how normal we really are; with normal everyday obstacles, how we battle them and who we turn to when the going gets tough.
