33: Soul-o Cast - What I learned during a 21 month break
When I took a break from podcasting during the initial lockdown in early 2020, I didn't realize or plan for it to turn into a 21 month break. While it lasted significantly longer than planned, I learned an immense about my own energy output, managing my nervous system, how to sustain creative projects and step into new ventures and identities, and a lot (I mean a lot) about forgiveness.

31: Soul-ocast - On embracing the "suck" of slowing down
We're in a global slowdown and trust me, I know how confronting this is. We collectively aren't good at the slow down, especially those of us who define ourselves by how we play outside. ESPECIALLY if that includes adrenalin based sports! Embrace your inner kook on this and look at the slowdown just like anything else you've added to your toolkit. This will positively benefit everything you do in life... if you let it.  And for those of you looking to start your own podcast during this time - DM me!
