In this episode, we continue on in our conversations with Alexandria from episode 4, but now about the struggles and circumstances of young adulthood. We lament the lack of energy we have after work to socialize or commit to hobbies, and discuss the difficulties of making new friends as young adults out of school. We also notice how certain decisions have led us to grow in ways we can appreciate in the present, and we comment on how God's will is not limited to single decisions we make in our lives.

Meet Alexandria, our friend from our college Christian fellowship, who currently works as an elementary teacher in San Diego. In this episode we learn about how she went from being a mechanical engineering major at SDSU to finding her love and calling for teaching. We also discuss our thoughts on topics such as Common Core and homework o.o 

Phil Han is a San Diego transplant who grew up in Orange County, and a youth pastor at San Diego Calvary Korean Church. In this episode we discuss the many jobs he's worked after graduating, how he faced living out of his car for several months, and how he found his calling as a youth pastor through his experiences. Phil shares advice to those who feel a call to pastoral ministry and to those who want to serve in ministry (in the process also recommending Edmund Clowney's book, "Called to the Ministry"), and reminds us of God's timing and purpose for our lives and how that relates to finding our calling.   We also discuss the benefits of going to seminary (which is not just for pastors), whether Phil prefers Orange County or San Diego (we all know which one he SHOULD prefer), and where the good Korean food is (we love good Korean food). 

Our friend Esther is an aspiring veterinarian who joins us in this episode to talk about her pre-vet journey and her love for working with animals. We also discuss what it means to pursue our callings, and bring up a few new preferences (such as whether we prefer dogs or cats).
