The Code Locker is the perfect example of a successful podcast. Justin and Cheynne talk about code enforcement, something I have zero knowledge about and present the insider perspective and information in a fun and interesting way to the audience. It was never something I thought I’d need to know about by I learn a lot of great information from the podcast and this show is what great podcasting is all about. Keep it up guys!

Just finished listening to the Leadership episode with guest Jim Uhl. Jim was enlightening and entertaining (as usual) and many of his thoughts really hit hime for me. Justin and Cheynne asked insightful, relevant questions and shared deep thoughts while also keeping the mood light and engaging. I love that as a 15 year code inspector in upstate NY, I have the same exact outlook, scenarios and overall experience as these two. I felt like it could have been me telling the same stories and having the same views. Even down to the fact that I was in the military, went to Iraq, came home, was introduced to City code enforcement, and I was like, “What’s code enforcement?” Great podcast, so very refreshing! You have found a new fan and listener in me. It’s saved to my desktop and phone. Thank you for starting this podcast.

I don’t know how I stumbled upon this podcast, but I NEED more! I’ve sent it to both my sons with the hope they learn a bit about the job, but more importantly how a job no one knows anything about can be important and fulfilling. I look forward to the next one, thanks guys!
