S2E3 Paul Standell - What Happens After Getting Lean?
Welcome back to season 2 of the podcast! Today I'm speaking with one of the leading educators in the fitness industry and a good friend, Paul Standell. Formerly of The Muscle Mentors, Paul along with James Sutton now run a PT education service, "The PT Project". Paul is an incredibly knowledgeable man with a lot of value to give, so naturally, it was hard to think of one topic to discuss on today's podcast. After much thought, we landed on what happens after getting lean? The mental and physical considerations of what comes after getting lean are massively overlooked as the focus is usually on getting lean itself. We discuss what are some potential issues you may run into and how to overcome them! S2E1 Dr Mike II - Is Your Coach A Mental Health Expert?
Welcome to season 2 of The Coached By Dan Podcast! It's amazing to be back in the podcast seat, and even more amazing to kick off season 2 with one of my favourite people I've come across on social media, Dr. Mike II. Mike is an NHS GP/ trainer and in today's episode, we discuss the topic of mental health within the fitness scene. I've noticed a lot of PTs and coaches assume the role of mental health experts over my few years of coaching and as a PT, knowing I am in no way qualified as someone to give advice in the mental health department, I thought it would be interesting to get Mike on to discuss this topic in more detail! If you would like to follow Mike, you can find him on Instagram @drmikethe2nd If you are interested in coaching with myself, you can click here or head over to www.coachedbydan.com I hope you enjoyed this episode! Please feel free to leave a 5-star rating and subscribe for more! Dan

#112 The End Of The Coached By Dan Podcast?
This week, I bring you the last episode of The Coached By Dan Podcast... For now. Over the last 2 years, I have released 112 episodes and I need to take a step away from the podcast to focus on other areas and give them my attention & energy. As well as that, the podcast has slowly become something I haven't enjoyed doing, and for me to continue to produce the best podcasts I can, I need to step away. But this isn't the end! As the months go on, I will be getting in touch with new guests to bring on so that when the podcast does return, it will be done with a bang! Thank you all so much for your support over these last 2 years and 112 episodes! After a long-winded "season one", I'm excited to take some time off. Believe me, when the podcast returns, it'll be 10 times better than it has ever been! See you soon! Dan (For all coaching inquiries, head over to www.coachedbydan.com
