The Power of Meditation for Your Mental Health with Chorus CEO Ali Abramovitz Cook

Chorus Meditation is on a mission to help you proactively care for your mental health. Chorus classes combine meditation, breathwork, and music to help everyone, (especially the skeptics!) develop a daily, life-changing mindfulness practice. And on each episode of The Chorus Podcast, cofounder and host, MK Hurlbutt, takes this mission one step further as she sits down with entrepreneurs, athletes, creators, food experts, healthcare practitioners, and many more for vulnerable and honest conversations on how they prioritize their mental wellness. Tune in for tips, tricks, insights, and some deep breaths to help you destress, find clarity, optimize your mental health, and feel better today! Hosted on Acast.
