For episode 15 we're starting on the subject of Pot Still Irish whiskey, this is a big one for the two of us and it will be a lifelong Centre Cut subject so think of episode 15 as gently stepping into the world of Pot Still whiskey in Ireland.

We also come back to our usual run of the show and spend the second half of our conversation speaking about our thoughts on music along with some favourites of ours, our musical chats are also something we want to expand on in future episodes.
