New York, Bars, Negronis, what more could you want?

Today we’re joined by Alex Earle. Alex is one of the minds behind Cold Cuts, a class example of modern Irish creativity when it comes to bars and the wider hospitality scene. Having hosted some serious pop-ups over the past three years, he and his partner in crime will soon be opening their own brick-and-mortar space in Cork City — and we couldn’t be more excited.

In China, young people are embracing a lifestyle known as ‘Punk Wellness’, where they balance out the joys of life, drinking, eating, partying and general messing with small healthy habits. Things like adding goji berries to your beer, drinking herbal tea after a load of fast food, or going to the doctor for a check-up and then getting cocktails containing botanicals prescribed to help with whatever issues they’ve identified. And isn’t that just class?
