We can come up with a lot of excuses not to pray, but are they actually valid? I engage in a vicious battle with these objections...
1) 2:27 - I don't have time for God
2) 7:26 - I don't know how to pray
3) 10:28 - Prayer isn't my style
4) 12:21 - Prayer isn't productive
5) 14:34 - I'm a sinner, so my prayers don't mean anything to God
6) 18:11 - How do I know God hears and answers me?
7) 23:42 - Prayer is no better scientifically than meditation or clearing your mind
8) 26:42 - What's the point if God's will is set in stone?
9) 28:07 - I don't feel anything when I pray
10) 30:17 - How do I know prayer isn't something I make up in my head?

Introducing a new series called Monday Meditation!
Every other Monday (not every Monday, my mistake), I will be uploading a meditation to pray with, based on the life of Jesus. Consistent prayer and meditation statistically make us healthier people, so give it a try! Use this series as a way to connect with God.
I'll still be uploading regular episodes every other week, so come back next Wednesday for another more "scientific" listen.
Enjoy the meditation and God bless!

Is God ACTUALLY present in the Eucharist? Can science support such a claim? And if not, is it valid to believe?
In "Real Presence," we'll dive into some of these questions, do weird hand motions (sorry), and go over various topics ranging from the basics of the Real Presence and transubstantiation to crazy Eucharistic miracles.
One can (and should) delve deeper into all of these ideas. There is so much depth to the Eucharist that couldn't possibly be covered in one episode, so do your own research, correct me if I got anything wrong, contact me ([email protected]) if you have any questions, discussion topics, or suggestions, and may God bless you!
