Today at CrossFit Everlasting, I had the privilege to hear Chad speak and he did not disappoint! He offered several personal, relatable reminders for listeners to be the best version of themselves. No question, I’m going to apply much of his advice to my daily routine!

I attended a Cannonball Mindset seminar today at CrossFit Everlasting and it was exactly what I needed to hear. Chad has a way of engaging an audience with personal stories of how he himself overcame adversity and accomplished feats that very few people would ever dream of accomplishing. He has a way of making you believe that the impossible is possible, even for people like me who struggle with imposter syndrome. I had the pleasure of listening to Chad speak at the #homebuildertech conference this past week. Wow... like crazy wow!! Let me start with some genuine full disclosure... I know Chad (the host) personally and planned to give a good review before even listening. And why wouldn’t I? I’ve seen him present live, respect his work, and genuinely like the guy so I already expected the podcast to be good. What I DIDN’T expect was for it to be this OUTSTANDING! Motivation is great but requires a lot of maintenance. Drive, however, you couldn’t shake if you tried. ‘Driven’ is the best way to describe everyone in this podcast. Not only is their Drive contagious but their stories are hugely entertaining and practical. Each episode kept me drawn in until the end when I was able to walk away with actionable steps to take in my own life. Funny, interesting, genuine... I highly recommend Cannonball Mindset!

I met Chad when I was in an Art Van seminar and I thought it was going to be an average motivational speaker but he stuck out. No rules! Then he started training for the NYC marathon and being a runner I connected with that instantly. I met Chad 2 years ago. He was the coach of my daughter's basketball team. He inspired me to make a major life change. I had done infrastructure computing in various capacities for almost 20 years. I had done almost every job in that field, and my career was no longer as fulfilling as it once was. With Chad's encouragement, I recently pivoted to a whole new world of sales engineering. While scary and frought with financial and personal risk, I was able to believe in myself and make a positive change. I'm now reaping the rewards of that decision, thanks to the lessons I learned while talking with Chad.

Just listened to the first podcast what a great idea. I’ve known Chad personally for probably about seven years and I can attest that he’s a highly motivated individual with a wealth of knowledge. I’ve coached youth girls basketball with him over those last seven years and no matter what the situation , he always comes up with the right things to say to motivate the girls. He’s a lead by example type of person and proves day in and day out that there’s nothing you can’t accomplish if you work hard at it and have the right mindset.
