One of my Favorites
When Richard is on it, he is really on it. Love how casual his interview style is- he lets the guest really open up. Good job CT- keep it up. Also, interview a few more philosophers.... but about their lives. Just my two cents

Understanding the Bredth of Calling
The Best thing about this podcast is the diversity of those whom they interview who are "called." From Poets and Border Guards to those who run ministres that are responsible for thousands. What do they have in common? All of them are motivated by the love of God and love of God's people.

Interviews that are deep and wide
I think one of the things I appreciate most about this podcast over the last six months or so is the diversity of the interviews. Richard does a great job exploring not only where people’s calling originate from, but the challenges that result of their engagement in the world. He asks questions I think I would ask. Keep up the good work.

The Calling is full of depth
Lots of podcasts fill up space with fluff and needless banter. Not with this one. The depth of conversation in The Calling is refreshing and immensely encouraging. Real topics with real wisdom. Definitely worth your time.

Excellent podcast
This is an excellent podcast. Excellent for its content, which is uplifting, encouraging, challenging, and entertaining, and for its host, Mr. Clark. He is a genuine and honest and kind interviewer, and I've not heard a more comfortable host. Seriously, no kidding.
Richard (not Clark)
listener
Definitely a favorite podcast. I gain so much insight from each of them, and I find new authors, musicians, pastors, podcasts to explore. Richard Clark knows how to listen and to invade with subtlety so as to pull fascinating insights into God's workings in every person's life. A must listen.

Great Listen
The Calling provides great insights from wonderful people that have flawed journeys just like anyone else. Keep up the awesome work!

Excellent
Imagine sitting down to listen in on a conversation about how you came to be where you are at and why you are now doing what you do. Now imagine hearing those conversations from church leaders and members who have had experiences worth learning from. If you're imagining that, what you've got in your mind right now is "The Calling".

Gooooood stuff!
This is a phenomenal podcast. Its like sitting down and listening to older and wiser believers. Keeps me humble and encouraged. A must for people in or hoping to be in ministry, but still a high-recommend for any believer.

Great range of interviews
I like interview podcasts. I always end up hearing about people I did not know about previously. And this new-ish podcast has done a great job at bringing a wide variety of Christians to be interviewed.

Much Appreciated and Needed
I look forward to listening every week for a number of reasons, but I think the thing I'm most grateful for with this podcast is how it reminds me that the breadth of God's work in the hearts of His people is SO much larger and more complex than I often remember. This in turn causes me to respond in worship and in gratitude. Keep up the good work, you guys!

Powerful stories and fun conversations
I’ve become such a big fan of this podcast. Each guest has surprised me with their personal stories of calling, growth, and ministry— all of them frank, honest, and open. I’m excited each week to see who Richard will be talking to this time. Well done!

Needed
Richard Clark does an incredible job at portraying Christian mega-leaders as tangible, common, brothers/sisters in the faith. Humbling, compelling, and affirming, this has been beyond healing and helpful in my life in ministry.

Love it.
I get a lot more out of these conversations than I do from conference speeches. Rich mines the experiences of a diverse group of church leaders to find ordinary, practical, and challenging ideas for the rest of us.

Amazing Podcast!
I was moved to tears in the latest episode hearing from Pastah Jonathan Brooks speak about his calling to ministry and the convictions he has about engaging the world through the church.
He's such a joyful and humble man of God and I love that this podcast exists to highlight how the Lord works in men and women of faith's lives to bring them into ministry in a diversity of settings and using their unique gifts.
As a host, Richard moves through each interview with ease and makes each episode feel like an organic conversation. I can't wait to hear future episodes!

Great conversation
It's surprising something this in-depth and honest didn't already exist for church leaders. Glad CT is giving us an ear to listen and learn wisdom from church leaders of all types.
