Colleen Michaelis has experienced a mother's worst nightmare--the death of child. Tommy was/is (we believe he lives on in another way) a magnetic, fun, hard-working, athletic risk-taker. 2 years ago, he tragically passed away from an accidental overdose.  So many people love this family and have rallied around Colleen while she continues to speak out and educate in order to prevent this happening to other kids and their families.
