In this episode I am joined by New Zealand Winter Olympian, Rhys Thornbury.Rhys shares his journey from joining The Royal Air Force, to learning the sport of Skeleton Bobsleigh and finally to becoming a Winter Olympian in under eight years.I was inspired by Rhys' story of 'giving it a go' and his pure determination, sacrifice and drive to push himself to achieve his dream.
