Just a quick podcast to talk about how the holidays can suck and that’s okay! I had my bi-lateral mastectomy the week before Thanksgiving, my favorite holiday BTW!! I hated not being able to cook for my family or start breaking out the Christmas decorations to put up! But it’s okay, it’s not wrong to struggle with your emotions, be angry or cry! That’s all healthy and normal! I tried to find the humor in things, trust me it was hard but I kept at it. Keep moving forward, sometimes it’s all you can do!
