We're Fine. No, really, we are!
Well, the cup didn't come home this week but that's not keeping us down at The Bits. We do have some thoughts and feelings to work through though...join us as we recap the loss, some highlights from the season, and our "special boys" of the playoffs. And if you're an Oilers hater, don't worry, the Flames and Canucks fans get a shoutout too. Later in the episode, we touch on the upcoming NHL draft and concerns we have for next season's roster with salary conversations in the mix.

Hopes for Games 3 & 4, Florida Boy & Who Would Ya Spoon
Quinn, an international woman of mystery, is away this week, so Claire and Paulina hold down the fort with discussions around the Stanley Cup final (of course), discussing what we hope to see in the next couple of games here at home, and a follow up on our "Is Knoblauch Gutsy Enough" segment. We also debate issues with future "Florida Man" (you know, the shirtless kid trolling the camera at the Florida games?). Plus, another round of "Who Would Ya Spoon", Florida Panthers edition - don't worry, we hated every second of it.

It's Stanley Cup Final Time
This is not a drill, everyone! The Edmonton Oilers are back in the Stanley Cup final for the first time since 2006. We'll take a different approach than the other guys and look back at our NOT SO HOT TAKES from November when the team was 30th in the NHL. We certainly can't claim to be fortune tellers but we do have passion. We'll also talk about a brave pencil that wrote a new story (you gotta listen to understand). We also dive into the controversy, and frankly, the anger, in the WNBA as their fan base grows thanks to Caitlin Clark. Do we think it's justified? An overreaction? Tune in to hear our thoughts.

Hey, are people ok?!
Did you know that 73% of NHL fans blame the ref for their teams win or loss? That is by no way a fact, but it's feeling more accurate these days and we really want to put an end to the whining. Also, not that we are bitter or anything, but what's up with the Canucks fanbase? Listen up to this episode, because, we also tackle important things like drip and star power in women's sports and we have our takes on Kansas City Kicker Harrison Butker's controversial speech.

The joys of the Oilers playoff run...so far
It shouldn't be much of a surprise that this week on The Bits, your hosts are going hard on Oilers hockey. A quick disposal of the L.A. Kings has given the ladies' confidence, but also a chance to rest their bodies after not taking their own 'it's a marathon not a sprint' advice. We talk next round hopes, a wild Ales Hemsky story, and more CoolBet updates. Plus, we get you set for the upcoming WNBA game in Edmonton between the Seattle Storm and L.A. Sparks - the only time The Bits will cheer for L.A.
