The raping and killing of Uwa, the raping of Jennifer, Tina and Barakat among many simply shed light on the gross injustice that has been visited upon women especially in the African society. It is important that everyone with a means and a platform join in the conversation and figure out a way to rid society of this devastating problem that has been wrecking lives for centuries. There is no excuse for violence, abuse and, rape, murder and degradation of women of any kind.
These ills are prevalent in our society and I am joined by Busayo Abiodun and Peace Olajide to start a conversation that does not end on the podcast. We need to find a way to solve this problem.
To every woman out there, This one is for you, we are all in the fight together.

Assumptions are a very tricky thing. We almost always believe that our assumptions are facts and act or make judgements based on those assumptions. Most times, we don't have all the facts but our minds trick us into believing that we do. On this episode of The Big Talk, we explored how we make assumptions and the effects of these assumptions on our lives.
Why do we make these assumptions? What informs these decisions? How can we interact with people and brands after making assumptions about them?

Is anything in life random? Or is it easier to decipher the cause and course of action if we can spot the pattern? On this episode of #TheBigTalk, we discuss the sets of actions that generally typify individuals and corporations the almost predictable actions they (and us) take in specific situations. If we study these actions closely, patterns begin to occur. These patterns are the bases upon which character and reputation are formed. Today we explore these patterns, how to spot them, how to change them and how to use them to our benefit.

On this episode, I got real about the struggle and need for perfection that I (and a lot of other people) have. This need for perfection has been a driving force for many people but it has also been the reason why people are afraid to do so many things in their life. The constant fear, doubt and second-guessing of our abilities have held so many of us back. Today we address what we need to know about perfection, how attainable perfection is and how to take action whether it is perfect or not
