At the same time, he holds the designation of Certified Value Builder, an international group of consulting and financial professionals with keen insights into making a business "built-to-sell."He brings unique perspectives as both a business sales professional and real estate veteran. Brian spent nearly a decade in office and industrial leasing, ground-up shopping center development, and institutional apartment sales. This included stints at real estate firms Grubb & Ellis, Berkadia, and NAI Capital along with business brokerages Raincatcher, eBiz Advisers and First Choice Business Brokers. During the recession years, his property and asset management firm developed a fund to purchase value-add apartments, single-family homes, and foreclosure properties.
