I’ve added this podcast to my must listen to list due to the educational message and motivation I feel after listen. As a young leader, I am constantly thinking about my leadership and impact I have on the employees who work for me. I use this podcast as a resource to learn and develop those skills, plus I also find it quite entertaining.

Every time I listen to one of Carl Thomas’ Best Boss Ever podcasts I am always inspired and learn something new about managing up or down. His diverse and stellar stable of guests always leaves me coming back for more!! They have definitely helped me as an entrepreneur and as the boss of our family!!

Best Boss Ever hits me where I live. It reminds me of past glories and gets me excited about the future of live entertainment, sports, branded entertainment and entrepreneurship. Carl is a great interviewer and his guests are authentic, fun and savvy. Launched in a COVID world, the series also looks toward life post-COVID with some of the brightest minds. Carl was my boss at Universal Studios and my “best boss ever.” That was 20 years ago and he left there to earn that title over and over again in different jobs. Best Boss Ever is a lot of fun!

As a college student, I try to pick up on the little tips and tricks that business professionals mention to add to my repertoire. This podcast provides all of those hints that you can’t find on company websites or LinkedIn profiles. In addition, we’re given detailed context on the career paths and goals of some of the industry’s most prominent figures, a real treat!

Carl and his guests share insightful and interesting stories about leadership lessons, wins and losses. There’s nothing better that unexpected discovery - learning without the intention to learn. That’s what I found much of this podcast to be. Great stuff!

Great doing the show with you Carl. You were a mentor of mine back in the 1980's and continue to be such. Keep up the amazing work you do inspiring, motivating and educating all of us. Be well and be safe!!

The episodes get better and better! Informative and fun. Great for seasoned vets or people just starting out in their career. Something for everyone!
