What Kind of Candle???
There’s a lot to get to in this episode, even if you’re not a candle enthusiast! Nikki & Brie are about to hit the road and tape some shows in LA and swing by Stagecoach and they have a grand plan to see some old friends, make a few new ones, and take in some of the sights along the way. Some of those sights might include chips & salsa and baby back ribs.  Brie was fired up by Bryan’s latest AEW match, and Nikki was feeling the electricity, too. They’ve heard a lot from friends and family about Bryan’s work in the ring lately. And his hair! Then Nikki addresses Toni Storm, an AEW wrestler that got on a hot mic at a press conference and had something to say about her. Something Nikki said on the podcast recently is living in Toni’s head rent-free apparently.  Nikki & Brie are also all in on Taylor Swift’s latest album and it’s been playing non-stop everywhere they go and the Speakeasy is about to be turned into The Tortured Florists’ Department when they host a special Bonita Bonita Mother’s Day event. To close out the episode, they touch on their Stagecoach plans w/ a special thank you to T-Mobile and end things with a quote from Taylor Swift about staying true to yourself during tough times and the healing power of words.

Earth Day is Every Day
It's Earth Day, and you've picked a great way to celebrate Mother Nature and Mother Earth! First, Brie is fresh off a week in Santa Fe with Bryan where they relaxed, recharged, inspired by their experiences with the environment, and they also got a few history lessons along the way. It wasn't a flawless trip, though. Brie had a luggage mixup that caused a lot of problems, and things got a little weird. To celebrate Earth Day, Nikki & Brie talk about their love of the planet and the big and small steps they take to change things for the better. Yes, it has been confirmed that Nikki indeed cares about the planet! A lot, actually! Nikki spent some time with The Environmental Working Group last week, which has been inspiring for her to do even more to leave a smaller carbon footprint. This year, Brie is putting a lot of focus on eliminating the plastics in her life, and Nikki is all about supporting the businesses that actually care about the state of the planet we're leaving for future generations. To close the episode out, Brie shares an Inspiration & Affirmation that will have you hugging the planet and cutting down on your single-use containers.

They also talk about their love of live music, going to concerts by themselves, and missed opportunities to see bands they love that still haunt them to this day. And the headliner: Nikki & Brie have a big decision to make about Bottlerock this year…so what are they going to do??? Brie closes out the episode with an Inspiration & Affirmation quote that’s all about festivals, life, and the joy of celebration, and if you can’t go to the festival, bring the festival vibes to your life because, really, you don’t need reasons to celebrate life.

Nikki: Lost & Found
After their first team practice, Nikki & Brie are officially t-ball coaches! They’re all in on motivating their young players, coming up with strategies to connect with their young players and have an impact on their lives. The season hasn’t officially started, but it’s reignited a competitive passion in both of them! They both reflect on amazing coaches from soccer and track in their past, the commitment those coaches had to empower young players and athletes, and how Nikki & Brie envision their own coaching careers might play out. Nikki realized that getting on the field as a coach has given her a new purpose that she’s been missing. She rediscovered herself feeling lost in the first few years of motherhood and the steps she’s taken to reconnect with herself over those three-and-a-half years and where Fearless Nicole fits into things. Nikki also opens up about how she seriously considered joining AEW, why she’s holding off for now, and Brie’s thoughts on returning to the rind as her tag partner. Brie went on a hike with Bryan to celebrate their 10-year anniversary, and there was something she saw on the trail that prompted her to turn around and cut the nature walk short. That decision allowed her to go swimming with Bryan and once again see how great he is at doing the dog paddle in the pool. To close out the episode, Coach Brie chooses a quote that exemplifies her philosophy as a t-ball coach.

Nikki & Brie also spent a wild weekend in Phoenix partying at Wild Horse Pass at Gila River Casino in Chandler, AZ, seeing E-40 and Ice Cube perform, but Nikki & Brie might not be able to hang like they used to. The Garcia Twins also talk about the need for routine and recognizing what really makes them happy, a callback to the episode with Jason Tartick, and using that information to be comfortable saying “no,” and prioritizing their joy. Nikki & Brie are also about to embark on another new adventure that could put them to the test, they signed up to coach Buddy and Matteo’s T-Ball team. and Buddy has already made it known that he’s not happy about it at all. The biggest struggle so far has been choosing a team name. There’s also a big debate on participation awards, medals, and trophies, but Nikki & Brie have their sights set on first place. Brie closes the episode out with her pick for Inspiration & Affirmation that brings her back to nature and enjoying your own definition of “life” more.

Tickles, Tongues, and Turtles
Nikki & Brie have only been on Cameo for a short time, but they’ve already had some pretty wild experiences on the app. While Brie is taking some bizarre requests, Nikki is offering up some very personal information about Artem: how ticklish his feet are. And if you send Nikki & Brie a request and they crush it, give ‘em 5 stars! The Garcia Twins are also gearing up for a fun weekend in Phoenix, spending time with family and partying at Gila River Resorts, so there’s a good chance you might see them if you go there to play some games. Nikki’s dealing with some sleep issues because Matteo has been having some scary dreams, while Brie is in charge of Birdie’s class pet, a turtle named Fed Ex. In other exciting news, Nikki & Brie announced that they’re going to be coaching a t-ball team; the youth leagues of Northern California have no idea what they’re in for. Freaky or Cringey?
Nikki & Brie are back on the mic for a little midweek pick-me-up! The conversation today is all about confidence, feeling sexy, and intimacy after kids. Brie’s been working on feeling more confident and goes into detail about the work she’s been doing to match the self-assurance she had before kids and how she still feels the echoes of being the only mom on Total Divas and how she felt in the locker room during that time. Nikki’s also struggling with the idea of having a second child and what it would really mean for her energy, creating balance, the potential age gap, and some of her feelings about giving Matteo a brother or sister. Brie has some experience with two kids and some of the chaos that they bring. Nikki & Brie also get into their Easter plans, matching outfits, and getting the kids involved in daily prayer, and more. Brie’s grateful for the role that her French Bulldog, Winston, has played not only in her life, but her marriage. Who Made You King Here?
Nikki has a new nickname that caught Brie off guard. Brie’s fresh off her parent teach conferences with some feedback about Birdie and Buddy. Nikki took a moment to reflect on Matteo’s growth after watching him in school and now it’s time for a step up, but is Nikki really ready for it? As the mothers of toddlers, Nikki and Brie also have to speak out about their recent experiences with strangers at the playground. Nikki has a long list of things she doesn’t like to see at playgrounds, mostly behavior from the adults, and Brie loves the learning opportunities that playgrounds can bring. Nikki & Brie also have a fun routine that they do with Buddy & Matteo that Bryan wasn’t so excited about, so it opened Brie up to a new way to approach others when something happens on the playground that she doesn’t like: talking to them like they’re a toddler. Nikki also wants to lodge a formal complaint against the way people act at the gym, she’s not interested in cleaning up after grown men at the gym. Nikki’s seeing a lot of progress with her workouts, but she and Brie would prefer to skip leg day; pants would be easier to put on without sore legs. Brie shares her Inspiration & Affirmation, which is all about mindset, and then Nikki & Brie send their well wishes to Kate Middleton and their thoughts on the way she’s been treated over the past few weeks.
