Full Episode Descrption The only way to introduce Nic Sandery from Molly Rose Brewing in Collingwood, Victoria, is to say he is s great story teller. And he has plenty of stories to tell...he sure has packed a lot into his 30 something years on this planet. He took what he learned in his science degree at University and hit the road! Nic as worked in a number of Australian breweries, spent time in the UK & Japan and worked two vintages at wineries back in Australia. All of these adventures have left him with a plethora of stories to tell and a whole lot of ideas to try and squeeze into the small space that Molly Rose calls home in Collingwood. This is one of those episodes where I am discovering my guest's story, along with the listener, and they are the ones I love the most.
