Hello everyone and welcome to this special edition of the BearDown podcast where we take time to interview the members. I am your host Kevin, aka Coach Kev, aka the Fit Boss. We took a little break from interviewing our awesome members, but we’re back at it in 2023. The members are what makes all of this possible and on behalf of the owners and coaches I’d like to say that we appreciate each and every one of you.So our special guests today is one of my favorite groups of members here at BearDown…Wendy, Karrie, and Darcy affectionately known to us coaches as the “teacher group”.
