Bullying doesn’t just happen in schools or online. Bullying can also come from people you trust.   When you seek help from someone in a position of power over you, like a therapist, you tend to take their word over your own. Even when it makes you feel small.   Today, I want you to make a commitment to yourself that you matter. And you're not going to let anyone, no matter what their title is, make you question that.   YOU are the boss. YOU decide who you work with. Therapists work for YOU.
