Cara is the founder of Blendwell collective, clean conscious care to support the nervous system of developing Babies and Moms. She has spent the last 10 years helping people with disability, dysfunction and injury optimize quality of life through rehabilitation and now she integrates her herb education and passion for non-traditional modalities to get to the root of preventative wellness by creating nontoxic, natural, developmentally supportive and planet friendly remedies safe for babies and made with Moms in mind.
