Taking you back to 3/15/2011 - This week features ME giving YOU "grilling season" maintenance tips. As the weather starts to break...maybe...in various parts of the country (and world) it's always good practice to do a thorough cleaning of you grills and smokers. You should actually do this more than once per year if you are a heavy user.

Remember, a clean grill is a healthy grill. Also, stop using wire grill brushes. They are dangerous.
