S1E11: I was inspired by a quote I posted on Instagram that read: "One day, all our children will have is pictures of us. Make sure you are in them. No matter what your hair looks like, your make-up or your body. They won’t care about any of that, they will just want to see you."

It really resonated with me and while it's all true, there are tips and tricks that we can use to feel and look good in photos. I really hope these tips boost you, so that you stop shying away from being in the photos and create those beautiful memories for your family!
