Awake with Jake podcast has been a favorite of mine to listen to regularly 👍🏻 Until episode #235 which turned out to be an hour and a half long advertisement for his guest who also happens to be a sponsor of the podcast 😵‍💫 I’m certain many of you reading this can relate with the feeling of falling asleep in front of the TV and waking in the middle of the night to never ending on going late night advertisements unfortunately that’s exactly what you’ll experience if you listen to episode #235 🥱 I hope it was worth the money Jake because it certainly wasn’t worth my time

This podcast has brought so much love and peace into my life. I was drawn to this podcast because of its spiritual nature but have kept listening because the host is genuine, honest, and vulnerable with the listeners. The meditations on this podcast have helped me work through so much trauma and pain and for that I am forever grateful. I am now more open than ever to love and surrendering my worries to the universe. Thank you Jake.

Ok so I fell upon this podcast and after one episode it became a favorite. He is authentic. Spiritual but it’s delivered with grace and truth. Not religious but spiritual. He’s raw and direct. Forced me to look deep into myself and habits. Not always pleasant to uncover some layers but it helps get to the place we are searching for. I have already learned so much about healing wounds and letting go of my ego and identifying my triggers. And the episode with his girlfriend….. so great. I learned how to be in better connection with my inner feminine and start taking down the shield. Never heard of the dancing thing…. Looked it up and wow. It’s uncomfortable but works!!! Great show! Thank you!!!!

I went to the nature and released a lot of my pain and I kept saying: I’m ready to receive love (of course I’m giving this love to myself) and then later I was eating a sandwich in my car before driving home and a stranger man knocked my window and gave me a bouquet of flowers. Isn’t the Universe so magical? Aren’t we so powerful? Now I’m home with these flowers to remind me the we are pure love and it was here all this time for us! Truly amazing messages I wish I could meet you. I have so many questions.

I’ve been listening to Jake meditations for the past 6 months and now I cannot go without it. It’s a perfect mix of inner child work, chakra healing, and masculine/feminine energy balance. I do them before bed every night. It helps me to calm my mind chatter and fall asleep, soothing my insomnia.
