I hope to continue to share some of my favourite resources and inspiration which has led me along the way in future episodes. Today, I hope you find something which helps you. on support.
We all need support. Whether you are going through a breakup, grief, a "lost point" in your life or anything in between, our friends and family help us through these times. This week I searched for some tools and techniques to help me be a better support person to those I love. Please call lifeline on 131114 if you have serious concerns about yourself or anyone else you know. For other situations, you may find some of the following resources helpful: - r u ok? guidance on how to create space for a potentially difficult conversation. - holding space. tips on how to be there for someone when they need it most - guidance on supporting someone who has experienced sexual assault. - guidance on how to support someone with depression or anxiety. and looking after yourself while doing so - an article which encourages talking openly about miscarriages and early pregnancy.
