When Karen Novy approached me with the idea of writing anthems for each other, I was totally in! This is part 1 of 3 episodes in which Karen and I interview each other and create anthems for one another! This first part is Karen interviewing me, and I'm so happy to share this!

I am so excited for this episode!! I am so grateful for the opportunity to write this song for Jan, Shelly, and Batsheva's family. I know you will absolutely enjoy this conversation!

This episode is filled with so much love and admiration, the kind a daughter feels for her parents. Through the words and stories Batsheva lends me, I begin to meet her parents, Jan and Shelly (who will be featured in next week's episode!).
