<p>Blame Russia if you want. &nbsp;But lobbyists using gerrymandering and the electoral college are much more effective in stifling the wishes of American citizens than Russia or Iran or China ever will be. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;And we all know it and accept it. &nbsp;&nbsp;Can we still call ourselves a democracy?</p>
