The American Food Project will chronicle immigrants in the food and restaurant industries. The cultural impact, economical impact and how they're helping to shape our eating.

<p>As part of the American Food Project documentary- Jonathan, Carolina &amp; I decided to make the audio portion of the interviews available as a podcast. &nbsp;You will be able to listen to these interviews with very little to no editing as we wanted to give a non-curated account of these conversations. &nbsp;Carolina not only was our choice to be our translator for the documentary, but she is our first interview. &nbsp;We hope her story begins to let you in on some of what we want to bring to light with this project.</p>
